Andrew Eade says that ' to provide sufficient jobs would require job creation of 40% above the National expectation'. This is only one aspect of the plan with which we have grave reservations. Others include extension of housing into the rural area, water, transport, education, industrial estates, village boundaries, agricultural land, and sustainable development.
