Parish Council candidate for The Humbers
Phil Loughlin is a former Chairman of Donnington & Muxton Parish Council.
He was first elected in 2017 after successfully fighting Labour's plans to build houses of Muxton Lane but had to step back from his council duties for personal reasons.
Phil is the local Conservative candidate for the by-election to fill the vacant parish council seat for The Humbers which will be held on 2nd May 2024.
His priorities for The Humbers are:
- Fighting Labour's plan to surround The Humbers with 3,000 new houses
- A road safety plan for Station Road to tackle speeding motorists
- Opposing more of Labour's Council Tax increases
